tomatoes still have part of flower on bottom!?
This is my first time of growing food. My hanging tomato plants have plenty of flowers now and there are several toms growing so far. Some of the flowers have gone brown and are sort of dying, but I'm still getting tomatoes growing from them. However, the toms growing from the dead looking flowers still have part of the dead flower on the bottom. Does this mean the tomato won't be edible, or will it rub off as the tom becomes ripe? Once I spot a dead looking flower, should I gently remove it to help the toms?

That's fairly normal. Even if the entire flower stays where it is, it's no longer receiving any nutrients and so will dry out completely. I'd think a good puff of breath would get rid of it. In any case, once the fruit is forming, you can pick off the flower remnants if it's worrying you.

They should fall off naturally but it wouldn't hurt to give them a gentle rub. They've done their job once the fruit starts to set.
