My kitchen's just about to smell of white vinegar & soda - there's a fishy smell coming from the fridge, which is odd because I don't buy fish!!

Investigations about to begin now.... oh, and the back room smells of wet sweaty bassets - anyone who ever tells you that dogs don't sweat, do NOT have Bassets... eeewww!
The more people I meet, the more I like my garden

Today mine smells of baking bread. Tonight, like Julie's house, it will smell of soda crystals and white vinegar as I tackle the floors ready to have the little grandson over for a couple of days. Him and his mum have been suffering stomach bugs a lot recently, so we're having him over to give her a break and let her recover her health and strength. Meantime, poor little lad's still a bit poorly, so I guess tomorrow my house will smell of sick and poo. Lovely.

If I've been away for a few days and come home, my house smells of the sea side, kind of the smell you get when you go on holiday to the coast and first go into your apartment... if you see what I mean!

Most of the time it smells of cooking, and right now porridge and tea :)

Mud, sick dog, stale curry, fresh bread, small boys' socks, wax polish, dead mouse, damp sweaters, damp coats, damp shoes, drying laundry, sprouting potatoes, homebrew, musty carpet, poly cement, roast chicken, boiled potatoes, fresh brewed tea, fresh brewed peppermint tea, and more. Not quite approaching the complexity and solidity of a mess deck fug but getting there. :D

At the moment, mainly sawdust. My little gerbils like to chuck the stuff out of their house each night and I've given up cleaning it each day.

CABBAGE :pukeright: tasted lovely but for some reason today the smell has hung around and its horrible! Or... maybe...the dog is producing the smell very quietly...she had some for the first time today...she looks innocent though :angel7: I may have to light some candles and pray its not too combustible  Shame really as earlier on the house smelt of newly baked bread and cakes with a hint of freshly washed sheets drying over the radiators (its raining..again!)

Today our house smells of homebaked buns and biscuits, hidden vege sauce with under tones of tea tree oil (from washing the floor!) And I've currently got a nappy wash in with lavender so that smell is beginning to sneak out!!! If I walk over to the other side of the kitchen were the pup looks like it has died under the radiator you get a musky hint of damp cooking dog!! Lol xx

For the last two days downstairs has smelt of Mrs Housesitter's horrid musky perfume. :pukeright: Thankfully it has gone now, either that or my nose has become accustomed to it!
