Has anyone grown Kiwano's before? They're a kind of spiky melon
I've got loads of them, they're not turning orange and they seem to taste pretty bad. Do they get better when they ripen and if not is there anyway of making them edible?
Are they those spikey fruit that can be found in the chinese supermarket? They apparently smell foul but taste ok. Good luck

I think it could be the one I'm thinking about. Perhaps the spikes confused me! I do hope that they ripen up and taste great. Where did the seeds come from? I was just thinking that if the seeds came from a fruit you'd eaten at least you'd know what you were aiming for.
