Elderflower champagne is some of my favorite tipple.
Now I hope your bottles are strong ones. We did our 1st lot last year and put it in beer bottles. They were all under the stairs and 2 simply blew up as the pressure inside was too strong!! You should have seen the mess everywhere with bits of glass and sticky liquid everywhere! :shock: This year, we used freecycle to get some empty champagne bottles to put our new brew in. That should keep it from blowing up!! :cooldude:

Oh yes, after my Grandmas Ginger Beer bottle bombs years ago I insisted we got bottles that could take the pressure! I'm too scared not to :D
