poorly hen

hope someone can throw some light on what may be wrong with one of my girls ;
she seems to be drinking a large amount and not showing a huge intreast in food but is eating a bit she also has liquid poo ( i mean water no solid at all)my other 6 chooks apear fine so am at a loss as what to do. they are ex barn kept girls but have been free for about 3 months

any nasal discharge? does she sounds weezy?

does she seem very think around the breast (worse than the others)?

no nasal discharge and she dosn't sound weasy
but she is drinking an lot to the point that her croup feels like a bag of water
i have seperated her from the other girls in case it is contacious and am thinking of possibly restricting her water to see if that helps

i have had a similar problem with one of my hens once . my vet gave her antibiotics the vet thought that she had got some infection in her crop and was trying to clear it with all the drinking . please take her to the vets as my little girl made a full recovery and the antibiotics were very affordable only a pound or two . hope this helps and i really hope she pulls through . as a side line the two things that are a good health standby for hens is garlic, which helps with worms but also is a good antiseptic and seems to help them fight infection , and a few drops of cider vinegar in the water no more tha 5ml in her water has brough some of mine back from the very brink of going to the chicken house in the sky. especailly in cases where the vet doesnt have a diagnosis for what is wrong . i hope she pulls round ok . all the best, and sorry i cant be more help.

just a quick up date i think she had a touch of sour crop basicly bunged up with long grass a dose of olive oil and a gentle massage seemed to shift it . she also had a worm burden so have kept her isolated whilst i wormed them all and am reintroducing her today she is still not laying but hopefully givin a bit more time she will come back into lay
