Cool! What have you used to paint the leaves and flowers? Are they special ceramic paints??

Hope your creative flow continues!

Thanks MLH

used a ceramic paint that you can get in any art or craft shop...the gold edging came with a small kit of paints, and comes out like piping icing sugar
Bake it afterwards and it becomes dishwasher safe aparently....i dont have a dishwasher to find out, but washes well in the sink.
must admit it is fun and have done a couple of other pieces as well :D

they claim to be dishwasher safe, but they're not. For longevity I would suggest only hand washing them. I had a lovely set my mum decorated for me before i went to uni, i only have the bowl left and half of the flowers on it have come off. the plates and mug all got destroyed slowly in the dishwasher.

beautiful items!
oh how I love my tea, tea in the afternoon. I can't do without it, and I think I'll have another cup very

I love the landscape mug! Very arty, well done :flower:
