Hairdryer/styler

Is there a hairdryer that also has a brush attachment so that you can brush and dry at the same time instead of having to use a dryer in one hand and a brush in the other? Or can a hairdryer with a diffuser with those fingery things be used in the same way as a brush?

I did have one with a brush, years and years ago, but the kids managed to break it, and I never found one the same. the second option you mention should do the trick though

I will be dusting off my hair drier in a little while to dry the pork skin to make some wicked crackling
