How old are you and how should you feel ???

Reading this thread has reminded me of a guy I met when I was doing up a house in Rochester, he worked in a builders merchants working out in the yard, humping sand and cement, this was 30 years ago before they all had forklifts. Before work he had his own key to the local swimming pool and would swim 1/2mile each morning, 1m on Thursdays when the yard closed for 1/2day. He looked as if he was in his late 50's. I heard he died about a year later and discovered he was 84.

I've an 84-year old neighbour who can lift 100-kilo sacks of olives. When he puts them in the back of his car the front lifts up.
