Love it. Looks like the kind of jumper that Mick Aston from Time Team would wear!

thanks all

no no pattern - I just worked at getting contrasting colours together and tried not to repeat the combination that had already happened.

I'm thinking of starting another one.. after all i was making this one for years, so it will be worn out before the next is ready (mind you I am knitting more now)

It's nice to see bits of yarn from other projects.. 'ah those plum gloves i made.... ah that little baby jacket for my neice....' etc

The only thing i did do was to stick to the same type of yarn all the way through - DK in this case.

Fabulous, I absolutely love it! I have a real urge to get knitting (always comes upon me at this time of year!) but can't due to tendonitis! So frustrating!
We all have two gifts we should try to use as much as possible - imagination and humour.
Imagination compensates us for what we are not.
A sense of humour consoles us for what we are.
And wisdom tells us not to worry about it!
