Underground Building

Post: # 38698Post Boots »

When I had my mud pit going it was positioned in the side of hill. I have to say that the thought of going sideways crossed my mind many times.... but it would be a heck of a lot of work, digging out rooms by hand!

Looks fantastic though...

In WA we have a lot of homes underground, as the equipment is already handy for the mines, I guess. They totally fascinate me.

Y'know, the thought keeps occuring to me - I can't afford a building plot, but I could afford, say, a corner of woodland which would never get permission to build. But supposing I just started to dig downwards, and no one ever found out...

Might need Gunners to help with that little project.

Maybe you could enter into a deal with a mudbrick builder...

You rent a corner of his land and while you go down, s/he can convert what you pull out, so s/he can go up with it!

another good plan!!

Maybe get somewhere you're only allowed one storey...then you can go down and up at the same time.
