Spring Events at Bulworthy Project

We have been working hard harvesting the wood for next years charcoal
and getting the woods ready for another year of fun in the woods.
We've got some great events lined up for the spring and hope that somme of you can join us.

Food Smoking Day Saturday 11th April
Learn to flavour and preserve food using smoke and fire

Guided Walk in the Woods Followed by Lunch Sunday 26th April Explore the woods with a charcoal maker who lives and works there

Bowmaking Course 2nd - 4th May (over the bank holiday weekend) Make an ash flatbow with a 50lb pull

Barbecue Cafe Evening Saturday 2nd May
Spend an evening in the woods eating great food in great company

Charcoal Making Day Saturday 16th May
Spend a day in the woods making charcoal

All of the events and courses at Bulworthy Project are catered for using locally produced food and Devon's finest charcoal by The Bulworthy Project Barbecue Cafe.

If you are looking to hold an event with a difference for a special occasion, a get together with a group of friends or for your club, the guided walks and the Barbecue Café are available for private bookings.

Sorry but due to ground nesting birds and other environmental considerations no dogs are allowed at any of our courses and events.
