For me it's arrogant, pompous, rude wind-bags who find themselves the most interesting person in any social situation and they think you should find them so also.

Busybodies, shameless (and hypocritical) self-righteousness, and insufferable know-it-alls. Or worse, anyone who manifests all of these traits. Unfortunately I know not only one, but two. Luckily they're married to one another.

Oh and having to see their obtrusive mindless drivel (promulgating said annoying traits), posted incessantly all over facebook, and not being able to delete them as we're unfortunate enough to be sort-of related.

Ah, but this is a forum, demi - a well-respected and long-standing method of like-minded people pooling their knowledge and generally having a nice time. As opposed to internet areas where one can be prodded or poked, Jeremy Kyled, begged to "be my friend" "follow me" or, who knows, forced to meet people who believe in textses, being aksed, and struggling to find the appropriate site method of expressing perfectly normal words as badly-made cryptograms.

There is a difference.

is this not a social site? are we not socialising? haveing conversations, posting photos, commenting on others photos? isnt it the same thing? except on here we have topics to try to organise everybodies thoughts instead of it being all mashed together.

My neighbours!

Just been given the book 'Don't let the b*****ds get you down' by Janet Street-Porter which i have been told is all about simplifying life! Will be starting on it very soon........
