Parents hold 'not back to school' picnic

Just a news update on this issue: "A group of parents who teach their children at home have handed in a petition today over proposals to regulate and monitor what they do.

The Welsh government has launched a consultation to address, what it calls, some of the shortcomings in elective home education."

most of the groups round here hold those parties lol.

but I agree wih the welsh sentiments and am really worried at the moment because if wales and scotland go into regulation, what's going to happen to us in england? one of the reasons I took sophie out of school was exam stress! if we're going to have to be assessed, this sucks!
