Easy to make, first beat an egg in a bowl then add 1 grated medium carrot and some dill seed. Mix it up an slowly add some flour until it all sticks together. I also like to add a little bit of grated cheese at this point, depends on how fattening you want them to be. Use golf ball sized bits of the mixture.
Heat up a bit of oil in a pan. Put in the bits of mixture and flatten to make 'biscuit' shapes fry on both sides until golden. They burn pretty quickly so do keep an eye on them.
This can be done with other veg and is worth experimenting with.
