my daughter eats only gluten free and is running out of not so expensive or complicated recipes anyone got any?as she has a family to feed thats not gluten free something that all could eat would be good,dinners,puddings,treaty stuff,all idea`s would be welcomed :pukeright:

I use teff, both the whole grain and the flour. It's gluten-free and high in lysine. I've made muffins, pancakes, bread, and Welsh cakes. I only use teff. Some mix it with other grains.

I've never heard of teff - just googled. Found a few links, including a UK supplier. http://www.tobiateff.co.uk/index.htm
