Dear people
I'm in the market for a complete solar water system and was wondering if people could recommend a supplier who is in central Europe. I'm in Hungary but Austria and Southern Germany would be ok! Are there any brands to go for or avoid?

Complete European solar water systems
Re: Complete European solar water systems
Hi, my inlaws live in Szekesfehervar.
They had a solar thermal system fitted by these people :-
http://www.springsolar.hu/
Its a little way from you but its a start. They are getting quotes for solar PV at the moment if I can find out who is chosen installer I will post later.
Any equipment made in Germany or Austria is good quality for all renewable systems. There are too many to list.
hope this helps

Re: Complete European solar water systems
We bought a De Dietrich system for hot water which integrated with the wood burner and even has an electric coil for back up (which we use three or four times a year only) and are very pleased with it. They are German (I think) but their website claims a branch in Hungary.
