I would suggest somewhere coolish and dark but with a nice dry atmosphere - heat and light are the No# killer of goodies in herbs as i understand it. This is the thread I stumbled on when i was actually surfing to find an elderflower champagne recipe last week and which led me to find/join the site. This was my effort last friday- the same day I read the recipe. I think it's like a weak yet bitter coffee the first cup was an adventure but it's growing on me - not too sure about Carol I think she's drinking it to humour me
