Racked the elederbarry cordial wine this evening and managed to sneek a quick sip.. very promising, for something that's been on the go for just four weeks I can honestly say that I've paid for supermarket wines not as nice as this
.. but it's going back under the stairs until at least autumn..

Started 2 gallons of cranberry&raspberry juice wine.
I got the cranberry & raspberry juice from LiDL,this will keep the cost down
and i started a woodforde's 40 pint Real ALE kit,with 500g of spray malt,a drink fit for a
2 x 5litre of elderflower champange
2 x 5litres mint beer ( use nettle beer recipe )
1 x 5litres mint wine got to use mint up some how hehe
1 x 5litre elderflower wine
1 x 5litre elderflower and rhubarb
1 x 5 litre rhubarb
not sure if i got a kitchen or a brewery hehe
I have put 40 pints of EDME lager maturing in the barrel & started 1 gallon of Tea wine
and 1 gallon of orange&carrot juice wine,both wines are fermenting very well.

In the UK, simply planning for a barbecue usually does the trick. If it fails (rare) then you have to go to all the trouble of putting on two weeks of tennis at Wimbledon. That one never fails, but it's a tad expensive. Less reliable, but pretty effective nevertheless, is hanging out some washing to dry.

Just started 2 gallons of Del monte super fruits juice,red wine.
ingredients for 1 gallon.
1lt-Del monte super fruits juice.
1lt-red grape juice.
800g-white sugar.
half cup of Black tea.
1tsp-GP wine yeast compound.
water.
all i can say is to all the over priced wine,this wine is as good as any £7.00 a bottle.
Got my wine rack staple fermenting,ready to bottle and in the rack.........
white Grape juice wine,its cheap 70p a bottle,dry,alchoholic and ready to drink in 3 months and even my mother thought it was drinkable and she's a Sunday times wine club member!!!
