my name is jac and husband kev and we are really green at this self sufficient idea. Have been looking at the web site for ages but have only now plucked up the courage to say hello.
We live in St Osyth in North Essex supposedly the driest place in the UK!!!
Have gained lots of info from you all just by looking at all the info you have posted.
So be prepared for lots of questions which will probably seem really silly to you experienced lot.
