Dydd da from Carmarthenshire
Afternoon all.
Just moved to rural West Wales after 8 years in San Francisco. Too many guns. Too many crazy people. No NHS. Decided I needed to come home. Persuaded my American wife to trade California for Carmarthenshire. She must love me.
Renting a converted barn with some land, clearing out an old aviary for chickens, got some raised beds in and have procured (oh the irony) an air rifle to keep the local wood pigeon population down.
Looking to get out for some boletes and chanterelles soon, as well as fishing the local coastline from my old kayak (when it finally arrives from California).
Any other West Wales Ishers?

Thanks for all the welcomes folks!
Any of you locals able to point me in the very general direction of a location that may at some point contain Boletus edulis and/or Cantharellus cibarius..........?
(I know, it's cheeky, but I burned holes in my feet looking this weekend. Not even a sniff........... wrong time of year?)
