Oh and it's taken me years to bother my bum with growing own stuff. Been watching for huge oil-price led economic crisis for a few years... recent price hikes RE food was a nudge to make a start. I am beginning a container garden in my ugly concrete yard/stair-head and am getting window boxes. Motley collection of cut up plastic bottles and containers filled with cheapo compost... seeds planted... so far capsicum and coriander are all that've sprouted out the ground as tiny baby plants. Small beginnings.

Well the other day i visited the site and there were links and recipes for nettle beer... and all sorts of great stuff
It was a website homepage... I bookmarked it but today it directed me to-
