Looks good! The allotments I've seen around here were a lot more expensive, though - all private. Not worth it if you are trying to save money, unless you have a very large family.

The Parish Council around here have just started recommissioning loads of dilapidated allotments and offering them up at £15PA for a half plot or £30 for a full plot. I'm considering moving some of the lower-attention stuff down there and freeing up a bit more space out back for veggies :)

Sounds like a good plan. Keep the stuff that needs most attention close to home. Good price too - try to get one with a ready water supply.
