a kinda salad from: toasted pita (2) torn in pieces, on top of that stripped grilled paprika (1) on top of that gyros herbs marinated panfried soystrips with red onion, on top of that, greek yogurt with garlic and grated cucumber.
serves 1. BIG plate, low fat, high protein.
glass white wine along.

SHEESH!!! But yeah, whenever, they DO have to ask for your ID, even when you are just paying bills. BASTARDS! I live in netherlands, same happens here too, thats why internet banking is such a blessing, you can pay all bills online and no one is asking for ID.................weird world we live in h...

there is a difference between a "dip" and a depression. a true depression last longer than a few weeks and is much more serious. its good that there are anti depressants, but i really think that docs nowadays are a bit too loose handed with them (prescribing too easily) and definitely carr...

oh deep beds are DA BOMB, when you are not sure your soil is good enough. sometimes it REALLY isn't you, but just your soil. if you take all the needed steps, landscape, make sure you got good soil, maybe try to grow some seeds in da house first to sprout so you can check sprouting is OK, and then j...
