Sorry if I sound a bit stupid, but what are you on about? I've got broadband so are you saying I can run a phone for free on the internet? If so, how do I do it?

HELLO FROM SWANSEA /SOUTH WALES

Hi Tim
What is your green transport and what was the last thing you restored? Or what was the thing you restored that you are most proud of?

Black bits in the bathwater

Shirlz! I get the same thing! It grows in the taps. I've had it for years in both my hot and cold taps. I don't think it's harmful. Have you got a sort of rubber thing on the tap with holes in it? It grows on that. Sometimes I scrub it with the nail brush, and loads comes out. Same as the shower rose.

As long as it holds together you will probably be ok. If you are going to fill the cracks do it before you fire it up. When the clay gets hot chemically combined water is driven off and the pot won't combine with the raw clay. Its a bit like trying to join a mud clay handle onto a teracotta plant po...

Hi Clara How did you get on? I'm a potter, but have never used clay in this way so I'm finding this interesting. I would have thought that soil mixed with clay would weaken its structure. Sand makes it less likely to shrink on drying so less likely to crack. If air gets trapped inside the clay it ca...

I like the Earthships, but doesn't rubber degrade and crumble over time? Would this make any difference to the safety of the building, or is the rubber just there as a support for the concrete while it is setting?

We bought a new laptop from Dell last year because it was really cheap, but Dell put so much c**p on it that kept popping up all the time and it ran really slowly. We've managed to clean it up a bit now, so it is better.

Just had a look at them Fee.
They look very organic.
Not sure if I like them or not, but thats not unusual, I'm mostly not sure about anything!

Thats why I've got no tattoos!
