Re: Bloody dock...
WOT ?? The best bit, and the skin on custard, and the skin on rice pudding, and the skin on milky bedtime drinks, and the skin on roast pork. What's that got to do with dock leaves though ? How could you do this to me? :( I'm just getting used to being dairy free and you remind me about the delight...

Re: Food allergies
Just an update. I've been keeping a food diary now and have proved that I'm seriously allergic to chocolate - I'm gutted :( I had another 'funny turn' after eating a dairy free chocolate dessert so there's no doubt now. I've been in touch with the Allergyuk forum and they've confirmed that the sympt...

I've also been having problems with the iPad. I now tend to lurk anonymously unless I feel I have something useful to add in which case I either get the mac out or gaff about logging in all the time. Most of the time I don't have anything useful to add.

Re: what to do with myself and my land...
Hi, not sure if you live in the right climate, but what about something in the blueberry or cranberry family? They love wet soils. Alternatively, I have a feeling that's I read somewhere that there's a shortage of willow for weaving - but don't take my word for it, I might have dreamt that.

Sorry, have been sadly absent. Got lured into taking a permanent job which just takes up too much of my time. But without the job I can't afford to keep the garden so work it is.

Re: A 110 million lottery win
I know exactly what I'd do. I'd set up a not for profit business buying up empty, unloved properties. The sort that are too difficult or expensive for a commercial organisation to repair. Then renovate them and either sell or rent. The aim would be to cover costs. Without the need to recompense shar...

Re: Food allergies
I don't know yet what's causing it but I do know that I've had a few anaphylactic attacks. Not serious enough to warrant hospital but still pretty scary.

Food allergies
Hi
Does anyone suffer from food allergies? I've been diagnosed and am now trying to determine which foods I'm allergic to. Keeping a food diary at the moment but would appreciate any words of wisdom anyone can share.

With kids like that, you should give parenting classes. You've obviously done something right.
Do have a fabulous time.

Re: New year . New craft room.
Lol - love the idea of a new craft room. Last year I just gave up and moved myself into the small single bedroom so that I could use my large main bedroom as a craft room. Much more practical than wasting all that space on just sleeping!
