YES! Sugar...food. Milk...food You can only have a sip of water before the blood test. Ask for another test explaining this. Also statins have their place, and they are taken at night as cholesterol is made at night. I would far rather have my statins than suffer a premature heart attack or stroke. ...

I think that the time you arrived and the fact the temperature was dropping dramtically will be an acceptable excuse for this, beside I don't think you had much choice. Ina had made up her mind :mrgreen: for safety reasons.

girl's camp when I was younger next to Kielder Reservior
That site is no longer Forestry Commission and is now community run. The community do not spray the midges like the Forestry Commission used so quadruple those midges then double again!

Ok to be more realistic

Avon So Soft is supposed to be effective as repellents as is is Shoo...localish product and it's reported the forestry commission use it.

The font can be changed on your own computer by clicking the View tab at the top left of your screen
no view tab on my screen and ctr plus + doesn't work on my lap top to increase front size
