YES! Sugar...food. Milk...food You can only have a sip of water before the blood test. Ask for another test explaining this. Also statins have their place, and they are taken at night as cholesterol is made at night. I would far rather have my statins than suffer a premature heart attack or stroke. ...

That site is no longer Forestry Commission and is now community run. The community do not spray the midges like the Forestry Commission used so quadruple those midges then double again!girl's camp when I was younger next to Kielder Reservior
