Re: What do I do with screwtop jars?

Lids are screwed to the underside of the shelves in my shed and then the jars hold nails, screws etc. the jar is then attached to it's lid. can't be knocked over, more space on top of shelves, easily see where things are, can see if I'm running out of anything. Why can't the glass jar be reused for ...

Re: Just bought a standalone internet radio, it's great.

I got one several years ago on E bay and I am very pleased with it. Living in the Mid West of Ireland DAB is useless and so for quality the internet radio is brilliant and the available stations wonderful. A while back during the fires in Australia I was able to tune in to the local radio to find ou...

Cow Barn to Holiday Home

This takes a little time to view but it has taken a time to do. The views are of some of the places around including the Croagh Patrick taken from our back garden.

Re: What can you see from your window?

This is from my back window. It's called Croagh Patrick where it is said that St.Patrick stayed for 40 days casting out snakes, voles and demons.Perhaps he should come back to get rid of the mink.

A farmer called Rumley had a 'fairy fort' on his land. This was an iron or bronze age circular fort made of clay and ...
