oh yeah the kitchen ceiling is rotting thru and the bath above it will likely fall on us one day ...and the cracks in the walls,...and the dodgy windows...and the broken fence......etc etc but hey one basic human need/right at a time eh! :wink:

i made some flapjacks last night to use up some oats that were too chewy for porridge didnt have golden syrup so i used honey instead but they taste just as yummy!! :thumbright:

we had a similar problem to this . when we moved into the house that the H/A had extended quite dramatically for my disabled little bro they put in new rads and a new boiler it never got up to temp and my little bro (on the end of the line) had a freezing cold bedroom and bathroom when he was the on...

duuno about pebbles might they not crack or explode in the oven ?? i use 1p coins from my penny jar they heat up and weigh the pastry down nicely so it cooks quicker

i thought i should have a worm- gloat (on my granddad's behalf) whilst digging over his garden today i found plenty of worms and a toad munching his way through them ! :mrgreen:

sort of refried beans (with sausages!) i had a bag of pintos in the cupboard and threw in just about every spice i could find and some onion mmmmm loverley

glad to here shes getting back to normal ( although what is normal? all my pets are genuinely coo coo!) it makes me sick that any old crud can be put in pet foods even the suposedly "healthy" ones and it doesent even have to appear on any list of ingredients :angryfire:

this piqued my interest so i did a bit of google digging and found that one of the "ingredients " in those temptations thing is a preservative called BHA/BHT and that in humans at least it can cause behavioural changes it may be the same for cats too ?
