Re: Breech baby

Thank you for all the stories and advice, I do appreciate all the different view points. I can't tell myself whether he's turned or not just yet, I seem to be being kicked or thumped everywhere! I have a GP apt this week then a scan next week which will tell more so until then I'll keep my fingers c...

Breech baby

Hi ladies. I had a scan at 35 weeks only to discover baby was breech! I've managed to put off having another scan until 38 weeks but the hospital have already started suggesting turning the baby and c-sections and things which I would prefer to leave til the last minute incase he turns the right way...

Re: When did you pack your hospital bag?

I'm 36 weeks gone and have been packed for months! I hope to only be in hospital for a matter of hours but just incase... I've packed for about 6 months

Baby is breech at the moment though so they are threatening me with a c-section. Obviously I'm wetting myself in fear at the thought!

You tube has helped me learn several stitches! The internet is fab and so much easier to follow than a book!

Yet again they want to take one of our choices away...

Not the best of newspapers but the Daily Mail have picked up on this potential ban so at least word is starting to get out there about this.

Re: So how many little ishers are on the way at the mo?

Just wanted to second what thesunflowergal said and wish everyone quiet, uneventful, boring, safe 9-month pregnancies. My daughter-in-law gave birth on 09/09/09 to our grandson Alex, at 26 weeks. His birthweight was 1.060kg (just over 2 and a quarter lbs for us old Imperialists). He's holding his o...

Re: Library Sale

Wish my library had a sale. I overheard a lady taking a few crime books away from the library desk as holiday reading - ex library books that the librarian was otherwise going to throw out! These books might have been a bit tatty but at least stick them on the counter and let people take them rather...

Re: dog walkers etiquette

I have a yappy Corgi. He's getting better but occasionally still decides to bark at dogs he doesn't know. I always try and stand waaaay back for good dogs walking past me, mainly because when my dog starts I get embarrassed
