Hi All thanks for your help, looking at the holes today probably looks like a vole,so have put lots of sticks in the holes with plastic bottles on them,so when wind blows they rattle. we also have 2 cats and they do catch the moles but most times more than they can handle,still the beans are replace...

Hi to everyone
just looked at my runner beans todat and found 2 of them were missing and 2 deep holes below where they were,so i presume it is molesany advise will be helpful.

Hi All Im new to the site and also new to gardening and growing our own,as this will be our first year of planting in bulgaria,so it will all be new to us.Question is there any use for wood ash on the garden as we only burn logs from managed woods,also im told the ground has not been used for 4 year...
