MAKIN SCRUMPY CIDER,
BASHED APPLES LEFT THEM IN WATER FOR TWO WEEKS NOW TIME TO ADD GINGER LEMONS AND SUGAR BUT BEING A BIT NEW TO HOMEBREW NO IDEA HOW MUCH SUGAR CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

i have just been given some dried elderberries about 200g, remembering an old demijohn i found in the garage thought i would have a go at wine making, :? :( :? only recipes i can find use fresh fruit about 3or4 pounds so i dont know how to use my dried elderberries. if not for wine making how else c...

growing tomatoes question
this year i grew for the first time black cherry tomatoes to my amazement they were the nicest food id tried in ages. unfortunately i didnt grow many. what id like to know now is if it is possible to grow some more straight away as they were too nice to have to wait till next season? willing to grow...
