Community compost heaps?
I've been mulling over the idea of trying to set up a community compost heap. Where I live, there are enough peole who would like to use it. I just wonder about the practicality of it and if it would actually work. Has anyone else done this and if so, did it work?

This is a major bug bear of mine! Despite the local council paying lip service to the idea of recycling, for some reason they are not interested in tetra pak.
