I have never actually found a Hairy Bittercress plant, only read about them in FFF, but I will keep an eye out for it next time I forage. Thanks.

mmm "Lesser Celandine" I think I've heard of that, but I had better google up some pics. yeah, marching for aging would be weird I feel quite insulted being told how to identify a nettle, but then again many people living in cities probably couldn't - a sad state of affairs... thanks i wil...

march foraging

hi- I was wondering what foraging oppurtunities there are in march. Most of my previous expenditions have been in summer and autunm (for mushrooms and nuts), however plants are more abundant and i would like to go foraging for them. I am drilled in the basics, such as chickweed, jack-by-the-hedge, s...

"Vinegary" is, as mentioned, bad. Homemade wines do taste different to commercial ones, and a slight bitter taste should not be confused with vinegar. My advice is to leave it and hope for the best, and next time try to make wine from scratch, instead of expensive, and inferior kits.

ubuntu

I have been using Ubuntu for about two years, after trying Debian, Gentoo, and FreeBSD, and am dual-booting with Windows. Unless you are a serious gamer, using Windows is pointless. Linux provides a much faster, stabler OS, with IMHO better software. Also, software makers don't try to squeeze all yo...

it not funny

This is not funny!
The Government is constantly make more and more ridiculous changes, such as this, and soon we will be ruled by a fachist state! Oh wait, I think we already are... This is truly ridiculous, and deserves to be seriously opposed, not mocked on small web forums.
Sorry about anger lol...

citric/tartaric acid

i don't believe that there's any major difference between citric and tartatic acid, and i don't think that the citric acid would prevent mould of pressure. try to wash utensils and equipment before use, and keep thing clean. that will help with the mould. with the fizzing- why are you trying to stop...
