I also thought that you could try and make pasta verde - usually you would use spinach, but it might work with nettles.

I found my first mushrooms of the year last week - my first ever chanterelles! So I'm hoping to make it out into the local woods a few times this week to see if I can find any more. Hopefully the rain over the weekend might help.
