thanks, it is pokeweed, just did some research on it. I've been seeing it all over lately, and wanted to know what it was, with how distinctive it is in look. I still haven't had any luck finding elderberry's

I found Paw Paw, and you can too

I've been on a paw paw kick, wanting to try them for the first time, and looking forward to them coming into season. I brought the wife and kids to a local park to try and locate some to try this year before heading down to the paw paw festival, and met with success. This info is just to help guide ...

Plant with Red stem and Black Berries - help identify :)

I'm not sure what kind of plant this is. I thought at first it might be elderberry from the stem color, and berry color, but when I started comparing it to references, and am not sure what it is now.
