I had said i wouldnt post here again but im very interested in what makes you think i wouldn't either want to or in fact be allowed to make such alterations as previously mentioned just because its a HA owned property? it still to all intents comes under the same building/planning regs as any other ...

Thanks guys 2 issues would rather Freecycle or re-use is possible and second no transport humfing x rolls of insulation 40mls one at a time doesnt excite me (might be able to arrangebcollection but need a van surely).

2 bed van how many rolls required should i go that route?

Spider8 - Many thanks looks like i shall need to source a small bag of sand/cement and repair it correctly once and for all ........ Wondering might sound crazy but if a closed bait safe box hard against the wall at said location might bring results as it enters and leaves so far no obvious location...
