Re: Still having login problems!
No it's not fixed. It's annoying me to the point of not wanting to use the forum any more.
Bloody Hell, I didn't even use the "automatic login" option when I replied this time and it logged me out as soon as I looked at another topic. This is really rubbish.

Similar. The instructions above actually allows you to delete specific cookies. I tried it at work (using IE) and at home (using Mozilla Firefox) and it still makes no difference. Log me in automatically actually means log me out automatically.

Re: Still having login problems!
Hi all, I've been looking into this this morning. The issue lies (I think) with old cookies on your systems. Because the forum has moved server and domain in recent months, some of the old cookies may be causing these problems. To attempt to resolve this, I suggest that you remove all cookies assoc...

Still having login problems!
I'm still having problems with the "Log me in automatically" tick box. If I tick it I automatically get logged out as soon as I go to a new topic or try to reply to a topic. All the other forums I belong to don't do this and neither did this one before the shift.

Re: christmas, who loves it??what do you do?
I always used to love Christmas. But nowadays the festival seems to creep further back down the calender so decorations go up in November and it seems to dilute it. Plus the TV seems to be even worse than when I was a kid, or maybe my tastes have matured so that Strictly Come Dine with the X Factor ...

It's doing it to me. If I click the "log me in automatically" button, as soon as I go to active topics I'm logged out. If I don't tick the button I'm ok.

I'd just like to win enough to pay off the mortgage. About 50k would do.

Re: Back to the 1930s
Interesting. I had assumed that as the case was being reported in broadly similar terms by the Telegraph, Guardian, Independent and the BBC that at least some of these must have checked their sources. The Telegraph, even if you don't like its politics, is usually reasonably good on facts. I still th...

Re: Back to the 1930s
If I thought that writing to my MP would do any good I would. It's outrageous. What's worse is that they won't even release the child to Italian social services let alone what they did to the mother.

I think this is disgraceful. Why don't we send the child to Australia while we're about it?
