For a quick meal, you could cook some pasta, stir in some pesto and ad the chicken. Serve it with a green salad as well.

We used to have a lot of fleas, they were in the carpets when we moved house! They can live in carpet and fabrics for ages.

You could try getting one of those pyrethrum sprays, we have one thats on a timer, so it goes off regularly. It keeps away fleas and lots of other nasties too.

Another quick substitute for mayo (with no egg, although nowhere near organic)

1 can of Condensed milk
About a 1/4 - 1/3 as much vinegar (I always used malt vinegar)
Mustard to taste

Tastes a bit different from real mayonnaise, but pretty close. Easy to whip up at short notice too.
