Hi, I'm new here as well. Wild mushrooms picking is an old tradition where I come from, my dad was a walking wild mushroom guide :). I still do it when I go back to Poland and it's the right time of the year. Try chanterelles with scrambled eggs cooked using some butter, I think it's an amazing comb...

Hello all Selfsufficientishers. :wave: I joined some time ago but never posted as some other things in life took over. I love the concept of being selfsufficient and this would be my ideal way of living. For now just about to sow some tomato seeds, aubergines and gherkins, maybe some red peppers too...
