Dry seeds?

Probly a very a daft question with a blindingly obvious answer but how do you dry squash/pumpkin seeds? I eat a bloody ton of the stuff a week, specially as it's two huge ones for a quid in the green grocers atm, and it always seems daft to throw away the seeds when they are so expensive in the shops.

Re: What can I grow?

An other option would be to find some-one with a bit of garden that you could 'rent' for a share of the crop. My elderly neighbour was delighted with this arrangement. Our deal was I mowed her lawn & weeded her front gardden for a biggish area at the back to grow veg. MW I would love to be able...

Re: Chillis

Try pickling them, keeps for ages and you can use them in both cooking and eat them raw on salads and such. Great in couscous salad or in a kebab.
