Re: Three Free Chickens to a good home
Well I'm pleased to report that my three girls have gone to a lovely home. I dropped them off on Saturday and I've had reports back that they have settled in perfectly. The couple who have taken them have a few hens already but they also have a cockerel, so my girls should be in for a treat  T...

Re: Three Free Chickens to a good home
Thank you Trace45 for your offer but I'm pleased to say a friend at work has just offered to have them. He and his wife already have bees (I've sampled a jar of their honey and it was fantastic). They have just bought a few chicken last weekend so they happy to have three more. They live in the midd...

Re: Three Free Chickens to a good home
Thank you for your reply happy place.
I've just looked at Surrey and Lanarkshire on googlemaps and they're both over three hours away from my house!
I think that would be too much for the girls to take.
I'm currently asking people at work, so I'll let you know if I find somebody to have them.

Three Free Chickens to a good home
I feel very sad to have to write this but needs must. I have to get rid of my three girls. This is heart breaking for me but it is out of my control. If you have the space and would like to adopt three lovely chickens then get in touch. They're gingernut rangers and are coming up to their second bir...

Re: How do I get motivated?
Hi Ann The worst thing you can do is see the whole thing as one big job. You need to break it all down into bite sized pieces. The way I do it is first pick one room then pick one job to do. Like Bedroom/hanging the clothes up in the wardrobe instead of having a pile on my chair. Then after you have...

Re: Twitter
Hi everybody Well after my last post I have a few more twitter friends which is always good. But I noticed a lot of people post their twits from the website. The best way to experience the full power of twitter is with a desktop client, the one I use is Twhirl you can find it here www.twhirl.org Let...

Re: Chiii recipes please.
Hi Tiggy
Here is a link to a guy on youtube. I copy him but I also add chocolate (the kind you add to hot water to make drinking chocolate will be fine). Plus I use quorn mince but apart from that it's the same.

Hope this help

Re: 101 good things to come out of recession
Hi Andy
I have mentioned it in my article in the Manchester Evening News so hopefully that should bring some attention to this post :)
Not sure when it will be put on the web but if you get an Evening News today (7th November) it's on page 14
Cheers
