Asparagus bed
I have a small garden in Manchester where I try to grow as much veg as I can. It's more of a challenge than through necessity as I also have a fairly big allotment site... what I'd like to find out is whether you can grow anything in your asparagus bed once it's done its thing? I can't see why not, ...

I've been using them for a couple of years now and still unsure as to their effectiveness. Manchester is pure clay with a fair bit of rain - ideal for slugs and snails.
