we've got:
damson wine on its 3rd rack from last october
elderflower wine started last week with dried elderflowers
gorse wine which was picked yesterday and has just had yeast added this morning

We've made a brew from both a kit and similar to the simple beer recipe, although we got our recipe from a CJJ Berry homebrewing beer book.
The simple beer recipe was infinitely tastier than the kit!

Made this last night - but only used broccoli and baby spinach as the greens and didn't use coconut cream, just a bit of extra coconut milk...
