Just going through this myself. Fox took ours last week. Still pretty cut up about it but I've enquired after some new birds all the same.

I've taken mine on on the understanding that it will be inspected after three months, then again after six and nine months respectively. If I'm not doing anything with it then they can terminate the tenancy. I think that's fair enough, though I'm not sure what yardstick they measure by. Some of the ...

I keep trying to sign but never get the auto email. I have this problem a lot with these PM petitions. It's not a problem with junk mail settings either.
