Not too bad, but its not cheep to get set up. I'm hopefully going to make a lot more. You do need a lot of milk though for the amount of cheese you get, I only used 1ltr this time as I wanted to see if I could do the cheese. The butter was so easy, just double cream left out of the fridge all day. P...
