Hello ..

We're almost there with the restocking of my flock that got wiped out ( ie:
Massacre)

So here are the new ones:

A nice X Rooster .. and a fervent "guinea Sha%%er" ...

The Guinea Hens:

The Ancona Hen, she's the boss of them all ..

The new flock as on last Thursday, with 3 x Rhode Island Red hens:

The 1st time ranging of the new flock after 12 days in their pen (they all came back home on their own):

The Guineas are enjoying their first bit of freedom:

And here is the Nacked Neck Rooster that we collected on Friday:

And the "Blue" guinea cock that joined us on Saturday:

Everyone is setlling down fine .. I'm now just looking for 2-3 extra hens and that will be the poultry sorted for next year ...

Indeed Cou-Nu (Nacked Neck) are ugly ... I agree on that ..

But the meat on them is one of the best ! and really less feathers to pluck !
