Hello - I've been trying, unsucessfully except in one, to find news articles relating to incidences of people consuming non-food substances as a result of carelessness on the part of employees, for example, the one when a patient was so thirsty they grabbed the container of water (cleaning solution) left by a cleaner on their bedside cabinet (can't find that particular link), or this one http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... urant.html . Does anyone recall any other examples that would make finding the articles easier?

One thing you can try is to use the different search engines and select the news tab.
as your query is "employee" specific include that and just try different words

maybe - mix up = careless= or such.
You could also find the web sites of news papers and do a random search.
