This is my stock of pressure canned juice for use in the off season. There are 132 litre jars total of pear, apple, elderberry, sour cherry, Bing cherry, Boca Noir grapes, Concord grapes, Niagara Grapes, Sovereign Coronation grapes, pumpkin, tomato, green pepper, mixed vegetable, American gooseberry, European gooseberry,blueberry, and black current.Using the bounty of Summer.
