Banana wine

ingredients for 2 gallons.
3kg-ripe bananas.
500g-banana skins.
2lt-white grape juice.
2kg-white sugar.
water
1tsp-GP yeast compound (per gallon)
Method: peel the bananas then add to your pan with water and bring to the boil, then simmer
for 15 min,then press & strain the hot juice,from the banana pulp,then add the hot juice to the sugar
and stir until all the sugar as dissolved,and leave to cool. then simmer the banana skins in water for
10 min,then strain and leave to cool,when all the hot liqulds are cool,divide the liqulds into the demijohns add the yeast compound top up with water,fit the airlocks and fully ferment out.
when fermenting as stopped rack and mature for at least 6 months. :laughing5: :snorting: :cheers:

Yes this recipe for Banana wine is very good,and very cheap at only 5p per 1lb at morrisons :shock:
