Hey all,

I'm over the moon to discover this site.. I'm originally from Wales but currently live in London and work in smelly Soho as an animator. To drag myself away from the computer I got involved with cheese making and growing the odd vegetable. Over the past year my enthusiasm for self sufficiency has grown exponentially so I'm hear to learn and hopefully help where I can!
